Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions:
“Cancellation” refers to any non-attendance, postponement, or rescheduling of your retreat booking
“You” refers to the participant.
“We” refers to We The Conscious
2. Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable £200 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment plans are available, and the full balance must be paid 90 days before the retreat.
If you default on a payment plan by 14 days, your booking may be cancelled and resold without a refund
3. Guest Cancellation Policy:
A full refund is available within 14 days of booking. After this, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 180 days before the retreat start date can apply 100% of payments towards a future retreat within one year.
Cancellations within 180 days do not qualify for refunds or credits.
No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
4. Retreat Cancellations:
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., acts of God), your payment will be credited towards a future retreat.
5. Insurance:
Guests are advised to obtain travel or medical insurance to cover any potential emergencies or cancellations. We recommend having it for peace of mind in case of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography and Filming Consent:
By attending, you agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
7. Waiver (Breathwork)
This style of breathwork is for over 18's only and Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.
