A light-filled space in the heart of Hackney
Our studio is designed for creativity, connection, and transformation. Tucked inside a historic former printworks on Amhurst Road, part of the Hackney Downs Studios community, a vibrant hub of independent businesses, artists, and innovators.
With high ceilings, a skylight that floods the space with natural light, and an open, airy feel, the studio offers a calm yet dynamic environment. The main room alone spans 66.5m² (716 sq ft), providing ample space for breathwork, movement, creative workshops, brand activations, and intimate gatherings.

Cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation for a full refund (unless your event is within 48 hours). If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

If you need to unload or offload, you can pull up right in front of the studio for easy access. There’s plenty of street parking available in the surrounding area as well.
If you’re bringing a larger quantity of items (e.g., for an event or party), please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Absolutely! We want your event to run as smoothly as possible. Someone from our team will be on hand when you arrive at your scheduled time to assist with setup and ensure everything is good to go. We’ll also be there at the end of your booking to help wrap things up and make sure everything runs seamlessly.
If there’s anything specific you need ahead of time, just let us know—we’re here to help!

For dry hire, your event won’t automatically be featured on our website or social media. It’s your responsibility to promote your event and share it with your community.

Our studio location
Nestled in the heart of Hackney Downs, our studio is just a short walk from Hackney Downs Station, making it easily accessible by train. Excellent transport links, buses stop right outside the studio, and for those cycling in, there are convenient bike racks available just outside.
We’re also less than a minute’s walk from Hackney Downs Park, offering a beautiful green space to pause and reset. The area has a strong sense of community, with independent cafés, restaurants, and local businesses nearby, making it easy to gather before or after your event. There’s also an outdoor communal area with plenty of space and seating, perfect for connecting and unwinding.
