  • Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a therapeutic practice that focuses on cultivating a conscious awareness of one's breathing patterns to improve emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The technique itself is a two-part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest followed by a passive, surrendered, soft, “let go” exhale. Intentionally connecting the inhales and exhales without any pauses.

  • We want you to feel comfortable during sessions, something without too many distractions or restrictions so you can simply focus on your breath. Warm, loose clothing.

  • Avoid eating two hours before the session, wear comfortable, warm clothing. Come with an open mind and an open heart.

  • Yes. If you’re planning something special like a birthday, hen do, private circle or celebration, we can create a bespoke wellness event for you and your guests. We’ll work with you to design a stress-free event that feels personal, meaningful and unforgettable.

  • No. This style of breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release, pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.

    Every breathwork session is different and you can expect to have a different experience each time based on your emotional state, stress levels, intentions and participation.

    During our sessions, you are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self. You can expect to process and release stagnant emotions, negative patterns and let go of what no longer serves you. An opportunity to acknowledge, express, process and invite.

  • Yes. Our restorative hammock sessions are designed with expecting mothers in mind. These sessions combine restorative breath and hammock work, with the hammocks helping to decompress the back and release tension in the body. They’re a safe, supportive way to relax during pregnancy. Qigong and our Flow to Restore sessions are also well-suited for expectant mothers.

Our method has been carefully designed through years of dedicated research, self-exploration, intentional reflection and refinement on the profound impact of somatic experiences and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit.

We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics and bodywork, sound therapy, vocal toning and sound release, and aromatherapy to activate the body's natural healing process.

The method invites you to connect to all of your senses. It's about using the body and the breath to create space for emotional regulation and stress release. A transformational method that allows you to connect to the intelligence of the body and helps you feel the full spectrum of emotions.
