We The Conscious® Method

Is a sensory-rich, breath-led somatic practice created by Liza Al-Sady. It has been carefully designed through years of dedicated research, self-exploration, intentional reflection and refinement on the profound impact of somatic experiences and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit.

At the heart of the Method is Conscious Connected Breathwork and Neo-Emotional Release, woven through psychosomatics, bodywork and trauma-informed facilitation.
