This method blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy, engaging all your senses to activate your body’s natural healing process.
During the session, you'll connect with your sacred voice through vocal toning, sounding, and body movement, recalibrating your inner world. Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a therapeutic practice that cultivates awareness of your breathing patterns to enhance emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The technique involves a two-part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest, followed by a passive, surrendered exhale, intentionally connecting the breaths without pauses.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a therapeutic practice that focuses on cultivating a conscious awareness of one's breathing patterns to improve emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The technique itself is a two-part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest followed by a passive, surrendered, soft, “let go” exhale. Intentionally connecting the inhales and exhales without any pauses.
