Elemental Scent Meditation
Your experience begins with an elemental scent meditation led by Liza from We The Conscious®, featuring the transformative scents of Elemental Herbology. This is grounded by Angela from SOUND MIRROR, who creates a frequency soundscape tailored to the event and the acoustics of the space. Together, this practice centres you in your body, connecting your breath with sounds that guide your brainwaves into a restful state through entrainment, opening your senses to fully experience grounding and presence.
Angela from Sound Mirror will guide you with a frequency soundscape designed for the event and the acoustics of the space. Binaural beats will guide your brainwaves into a restful state through entrainment, opening your senses to receive scents that connect us to nature. The sound frequencies for this session draw from Traditional Chinese Medicine’s (TCM) Five Elements, linking internal organ systems and emotions to specific sounds.
Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Healing
Liza will then guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, inviting you to explore the qualities of your inner elements. Through her dynamic and healing method, you will work with your breath to release tension, let go of old stories, and move through emotional blockages. This is a practice of allowing—welcoming the softness and the flow while creating space for clarity and renewal.
Angela enhances this process with bowl-to-body sound healing and tuning forks, helping to move stagnant energy and support the natural balance of your body. Together, the breath and sound create a nurturing environment for self-healing, connection, and transformation.
Rest and Immersive Soundscape
As the session flows into rest, you’ll be held within a 360° immersive sound bath created by Angela. Designed specifically for the event and the acoustics of the space, this soundscape blends traditional gongs, singing bowls, percussion, and electronic binaural beats to create layers of sound that surround and soothe. These tones guide your body into deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to rest, reset, and harmonise. It’s a time to let go, reflect, and experience the harmony of your inner and outer worlds. This closing sound bath provides an environment for spacious meditation, unlocking imagination and intuition as you return inward and home.

Liza Al Sady is the founder of We The Conscious®, a lifestyle brand dedicated to conscious living and transformative healing. After spending 15 years in the corporate world, Liza discovered the profound impact of Breathwork in helping her process personal trauma and reconnect with herself. Now, as a certified Breathwork Coach specialising in Conscious Connected Breathwork and trained in Neo-Emotional Release, she integrates somatic healing and multisensory practices to guide individuals deeper into their bodies. Her work focuses on helping people connect with areas holding tension, emotional blockages, or old stories, creating space for release, healing, and transformation. Her vision for We The Conscious® is to empower individuals to live mindfully, breathe consciously, and unapologetically embody their truth.
Angela (( SOUND MIRROR )) is a composer & sound therapist who creates liminal worlds that dissolve the boundaries between dream states and conscious meditation with electronic soundscapes blended with traditional acoustic instruments. Her sessions integrate bowl-to-body sound techniques and vagus nerve release, promoting harmony between physical and emotional landscapes, and draw on Eastern holistic approaches to body and mind combined with Western research in psychoacoustics. With a background in music, Angela composes and produces soundscapes using synthesisers, spatial audio design, and field recordings to expand the frequency range and experience beyond what traditional sound therapy instruments can achieve.
Her therapeutic practice includes 1:1 sessions, couples (re)connection, and recovery support, with a focus on pattern-breaking and healing from drug and alcohol dependencies. Angela also works as a sound designer and composer for installations, film, and immersive experiences, creating audio environments that resonate on both an emotional and sensory level. This work enriches her therapeutic practice, enabling her to draw from a broad palette of sounds to tailor each session to her client's unique needs.
