Flow: A Conscious Connected Breathwork & Floating Hammock Experience
Step into a space of flow, where the mind quiets, the body softens, and you can simply be. This January, we invite you to start the year not with lists of things to do, but with an opportunity to slow down, connect, and embrace the natural rhythm of your being.
Liza will guide you through Conscious Connected Breathwork and Embodiment, offering a safe and nurturing space to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. In this session, you’ll find not only the tools to navigate your emotions but also the grace to be fully present with whatever arises.
We begin with an embodied meditation, grounding you in your centre and creating a sense of safety within your body. This foundational practice calms the nervous system, setting the stage for a truly nourishing experience. From here, you’ll move into a breathwork journey that allows you to connect deeply with yourself, inviting flow into your body and mind. The combination of breathwork and the gentle embrace of floating hammocks creates a unique environment where you can release tension and experience profound relaxation.
Supported by the weightless embrace of floating hammocks, you’ll find rest, ease, and the freedom to simply be. This phase allows the body to rest, recharge, and fully absorb the benefits of the practices, promoting deep relaxation and integration. For those seeking a deeper experience, optional Blue Lotus tea is available—a sacred plant medicine to enhance clarity, openness, and connection.

What should I expect during a We The Conscious session?
An experience that guides you to restore balance.
Every breathwork session is different and you can expect to have a different experience each time based on your emotional state, stress levels, intentions and participation. During the session, you are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and enter deeper states of meditation. You can expect to process and release stagnant emotions and let go of what no longer serves you. An opportunity to acknowledge, express, process and invite.
