In a stunning location based in Stoke Newington using Conscious Connected Breathwork you acknowledge, express and transform strong emotions which may have previously been denied. You liberate yourself from what no longer serves you so you can fully embody your power.

During the session, you will breathe to locate blocked emotions and energy in your nervous system. In a safe container using Conscious Connected Breathwork, you will begin to process, release, express and finally bring forgiveness and acceptance to your body and past. Create the future you deserve and invite love and joy into your life.

 Preparation for the session:

  • Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.

  • Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.

  • Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 9:10 am.
