STROLL SOCIAL Victoria Park, Hackney (Free Event)

  • Pavilion Cafe Victoria Park Old Ford Road E9 7DE United Kingdom (map)

Our first one ever!

WHAT IS STROLL SOCIAL?

Stroll Social is all about bringing like-minded people together in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere. This isn’t just another walk in the park; it’s a chance to meet super cool folks who, like you, value-conscious living and the transformative power of breathwork. It’s a casual, fun way to connect with others, soak in some nature, and share good vibes.

We’re big on creating a safe space where you can talk about what’s on your mind—no pressure, just a friendly place to share how you’re feeling. This is a space for everyone to feel supported, heard, and part of a community that truly cares. Even if you feel like walking in complete silence, that version of you is welcomed too.

WHO’S INVITED?

Absolutely everyone! Whether you’re coming solo or bringing friends, partners, kids, or even your four-legged pals, all are welcome. The more, the merrier! This isn’t about fitness levels or keeping up with a fast pace; it’s a gentle, easy-going stroll where the focus is on connection, conversation, and simply enjoying the moment.

WHY WE’RE DOING THIS?

At Soul Space Studio, we believe that conscious living is about more than just mindfulness practices—it’s about creating real, meaningful connections. When we come together, whether for breathwork, a chat, or a simple walk, we’re building a community. That’s where the magic happens.

We’re also passionate about breaking down the barriers that often surround discussions of mental health. Life can be hectic, and sometimes, all we need is a little time in nature, some fresh air, and the chance to share what’s on our minds with others who genuinely care. Stroll Social is our way of encouraging those connections and building a community where everyone can find support, understanding, and a sense of belonging.

We want this to be a space where everyone feels seen and heard, where conversations flow freely, and where everyone leaves feeling a little lighter and a lot more connected.

THE VIBE

Imagine a casual, friendly walk where you can unwind, chat, and take in the beauty of Victoria Park. Along the way, we’ll pause at the Chinese Pagoda for a short, guided breathwork meditation to help everyone feel centered and connected. It’s all about chilling out and enjoying each other’s company in one of Hackney’s most beautiful spots.

We’re also excited to have some awesome partners joining us for this event, and we’ll be announcing them very soon. Stay tuned for more details!
