Slow Flow Lunchtime Reset
Hammocks + Meditation + Rainforest Soundscape
Like taking a nap on a cloud. A midday reset designed to bring your body and mind back into balance, so you can move through the rest of your day with clarity, focus, and ease.
This is Slow Flow Lunchtime Reset—a 45-minute in person session designed to recalibrate your nervous system, ease tension, and give you space to breathe—all while suspended in a hammock, gently rocked into deep relaxation.
What Happens in the Session?
We start with a slow, grounding meditation, a moment to check in, breathe, and remind your body it doesn’t have to be in go mode all the time. Then, you sink into your hammock, weightless and cocooned, where gentle rocking does the heavy lifting—decompressing your spine, releasing tension, and shifting you into deep rest.
The studio is designed for total sensory immersion—soft lighting, grounding essential oils, and a rainforest-inspired soundscape to help your body unwind fast. The rhythmic sounds of nature—gentle rain, flowing water, distant birdsong—are proven to calm the nervous system, regulate breathing, and bring the brain into a state of relaxation. Basically, it’s like a mental and physical reset button.
Why Hammocks?
Suspended rest is weightless, supportive, and effortlessly restorative, giving your body permission to fully let go. The gentle rocking activates the vestibular system, the part of your brain responsible for balance and relaxation—the same reason rocking a baby to sleep works so well.
Hammocks also relieve pressure from the joints, decompress the spine, and signal to the nervous system that it’s safe to relax.
This session is about intentionally slowing down—so you have the space to refocus, recharge, and step back into your day feeling clear and refreshed.
Expect to feel:
Lighter.
More present.
Like you just hit refresh on your whole system.
