Our emotions live in the body. They tell stories of experiences we’ve had, moments we’ve buried, and even the history of those who came before us. When we push these emotions down, they don’t disappear—they settle into the body, shaping how we move, feel, and live.

 

This signature session is held in Stoke Newington, London, and offers a safe, supportive space to connect with those stories, to explore the emotions and stagnant energy you’re carrying with curiosity, and to begin releasing what no longer serves you. Through conscious connected breathwork, somatic movement, and Neo-emotional release, you’ll start to untangle the layers and create space for something new.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS IN-PERSON SESSION

This isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about meeting parts of you that might feel hidden or disconnected. During this breathwork session in London, we’ll dive into:

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork:is a therapeutic practice that focuses on cultivating a conscious awareness of one's breathing patterns to improve emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The technique itself is a two-part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest followed by a passive, surrendered, soft, “let go” exhale. Intentionally connecting the inhales and exhales without any pauses.

  •  Somatic Movement: Gentle, intuitive movement to help shift stuck energy and bring balance.

  • Neo-Emotional Release: A powerful practice to uncover and release patterns of tension and emotional blockages.

We’ll explore how emotions show up physically, how the body remembers even when the mind forgets, and how healing begins when we stop pushing things aside.

Has been carefully designed through years of dedicated research, self-exploration, intentional reflection, and refinement on the profound impact of somatic experiences and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit. We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to help you surrender and activate your senses.

This technique helps to release stored emotions, leading to improved mental health and emotional well-being. It's not just a breathwork session; it's a journey towards a more balanced and harmonious self.

Benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork

  • Past Hurt Release: Breathwork serves as a powerful tool in accessing and releasing stored trauma, enabling you to process and move beyond your past experiences in a safe and nurturing space.

 Preparation for the session:

  • Avoid eating and caffeine 2 hours before this session.

  • Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.

  • Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 9 am.
