The Soul Space Method has been carefully designed through years of dedicated research, self-exploration, intentional reflection, and refinement on the profound impact of somatic experiences and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit. We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to help you surrender and activate your senses.
This technique helps to release stored emotions, leading to improved mental health and emotional well-being. It's not just a breathwork session; it's a journey towards a more balanced and harmonious self.
Floating Hammock Relaxation
We finish off the evening with pure bliss relaxing in an aerial hammock. Being gently swayed while listening to carefully selected frequencies and binaural beats to connect you to your true essence to regulate and recharge.
What should I expect during a Soul Space Studio breathwork session?
A cathartic experience that guides you to restore balance.
Every breathwork session is different and you can expect to have a different experience each time based on your emotional state, stress levels, intentions and participation. During the session, you are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and enter deeper states of meditation. You can expect to process and release stagnant emotions and let go of what no longer serves you. An opportunity to acknowledge, express, process and invite.
Preparation for the session:
Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.
