Mental Maintenance is your 90-minute pause button. A space to step away from the noise, the screens, and the constant “go-go-go”—and turn your attention inward.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork and the We The Conscious method, this session invites you to reconnect with your breath and body, helping you:

  • Recalibrate from stress and overwhelm
