Join us for a 90-minute immersive breathwork session in Clapham, designed to support emotional detox, nervous system regulation, and deep inner healing.

 

This guided experience blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with somatic movement, play, and self-exploration, creating a space for you to safely release stagnant emotions, shift stuck energy, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

Preparation for the session

Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.

Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.

Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 7:10 pm.
