In this session, we’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation to ease you into a state of flow, allowing you to step away from daily stresses and connect with the present moment. With a Blue Lotus Tea ceremony, we’ll deepen this connection, bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and open-heartedness.
Using the We The Conscious method, our Conscious Connected Breathwork will guide you on a journey through breath, tapping into parts of yourself that may have been waiting for release or recognition. This session is designed to hold you, to invite curiosity into your breath, and to allow whatever needs to surface to emerge with gentle support. Our approach is rooted in creating a nurturing and safe space, where breath becomes a pathway to explore inner freedom and transformation.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or have joined us before, this is a place where everyone belongs. You’re invited to lay down, breathe deeply, and share in the healing energy of our community as we close out the year with intention and openness. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are, dressed comfortably and ready to explore.

We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to help you activate your body’s natural healing process.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) involves a two-part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest followed by a passive, surrendered exhale. By intentionally connecting inhales and exhales without pauses, you cultivate a conscious awareness of your breathing patterns, enhancing emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
