Joining forces for this event is Liza who brings her passion for guided meditation and conscious connected breathwork using The Soul Space Method and Tibiriçá, a talented Sound Healer who uses a wide range of instruments including the didgeridoo, handpan, Tibetan bowls and shamanic drums This collaboration aims to explore the depths of the inner self through a journey that integrates breath, sound, and meditation.
We begin our session with an anchoring meditation that brings our collective energies and intentions into the space to prepare us for our time together.

We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to help you activate your body’s natural healing process.
As you breathe, you embark on a journey of self-discovery releasing past hurt and limiting beliefs. As you let go of what no longer serves you, you create space for profound growth, liberation, and lasting change.
Sound Frequencies
Breathwork is known for its ability to unlock and release stored emotions, allowing for cathartic emotional release. Adding sound healing to the mix, with its capacity to resonate and vibrate with our emotional body, enhances this process. The sound frequencies can help break up emotional blockages, facilitating a deeper emotional release and healing journey.
Mind-Body Connection
The synchronization of breathwork and sound healing strengthens the connection between the mind and body. Conscious breathing helps in anchoring the mind in the present moment, enhancing mindfulness and presence. Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.
