Release, Rebalance, and Connect: An Immersive Evening of Restoration.

A deeply immersive evening designed to help you reconnect with yourself and those around you. ‘Release, Rebalance, and Connect’ combines meditation, conscious connected breathwork, and the unique experience of aerial floating hammocks to guide you towards a state of replenishment and renewal.

 

What to Expect

Guided Meditation

We’ll start with a grounding meditation, offering you a gentle invitation to settle into the moment. This is your time to shift away from the daily hustle and tune into your inner calm, setting the stage for a deeper connection.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Move into our signature breathwork practice, where you’ll find space to let go, restore balance, and connect deeply:

  • Release: Let go of tension and stress that’s been weighing you down.

  • Rebalance: Find your center as your energy realigns, bringing a sense of calm and clarity.

  • Connect: Experience a deeper bond with yourself, feeling more present and in tune.

Aerial Hammock Relaxation

End the session with a unique experience in our floating hammocks. As you gently sway, immerse yourself in a sensory-rich environment, complete with carefully curated lighting, soundscapes, and scent:

  • Weightlessness: Allow the hammocks to cradle your body, encouraging total relaxation.

  • Sensory Engagement:  Fully immerse in the curated sound and lighting that’s designed to soothe and uplift.

  • Restoration: Feel the gentle release in your spine and muscles, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

An Immersive Experience Bathed in light, your senses are engaged at every level. Each element – from the warmth of our ambient lighting to the transformative sound frequencies – is curated to enhance your journey through meditation, breathwork, and aerial relaxation.

What should I expect during a Soul Space Studio breathwork session?

 A cathartic experience that guides you to restore balance.

Every breathwork session is different and you can expect to have a different experience each time based on your emotional state, stress levels, intentions and participation. During the session, you are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and enter deeper states of meditation. You can expect to process and release stagnant emotions and let go of what no longer serves you. An opportunity to acknowledge, express, process and invite. 

To make the most of your experience:

  • Arrive early: Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins, as doors will close at 7:00 pm.

  • Dress comfortably: Wear warm, comfortable clothing to stay cosy throughout the session.

  • Eat lightly: We recommend avoiding heavy meals and caffeine at least 1.5 hours before the session.
