YOUR NEUROWELLNESS PARTNER
Breathwork for teams under pressure.
The breath changes how your people think, feel, create and connect. Science-backed practice that builds focus, resilience and connection, and gives your team tools they keep.
Breathwork is an ancient practice backed by modern science.
It is scientifically proven that stress and emotion change your breathing patterns. The breath is the only autonomic function you can consciously control, so by changing its depth, rhythm and rate you directly influence the signals between the body and the brain.
That is what makes it so useful at work. Your people can shift their own state between a difficult meeting and the next one, and keep doing it long after we have left the building.
We The Conscious® Method
A sensory-rich, breath-led somatic practice created by Liza Al Sady in 2022, designed through years of research, self-exploration and refinement on the impact of somatic experience and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit.
At the heart of the Method is breathwork and Neo-Emotional Release, woven through psychosomatics, bodywork and trauma-informed facilitation. The work is held within a sensory weave of vocal toning, powerful curated music and aromatherapy, calling on every sense to activate the body's natural healing process.
The Method meets the whole of you, across the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual.
Emotional liberation. Reclaiming your power. Connecting to your body.

Your neurowellness partner
Neurowellness is the practice of regulating the nervous system as the foundation of health, rather than managing the symptoms once they appear. Modern working life keeps the body in a near-constant state of activation, and sleep, focus, mood and immunity all depend on being able to come out of it.
-
Regular practice lowers stress levels and supports recovery, reducing the workplace stress and burnout that drive long-term absence.
-
Nervous system regulation supports sustained concentration and clearer decision-making, so your teams work at their best for longer.
-
Investing in wellbeing that people genuinely value builds loyalty and keeps the talent you worked hard to attract.
-
Practical tools your people can use themselves, building the capacity to meet demanding periods and recover well afterwards.
-
A regulated nervous system supports innovative thinking, fresh perspective and better problem solving across your teams.
-
Shared practice builds trust and openness between colleagues, strengthening communication and how teams work together.
-
Improved sleep quality and stronger immune function, meaning fewer days lost to illness and more consistent performance.
