This 2-hour in-person breathwork and aerial hammock experience takes place in a stunning studio in Hackney, designed to guide you into deep relaxation and self-exploration.
Liza will lead you through Conscious Connected Breathwork and Embodiment, using breath to bring safety into the body and create space to meet whatever arises with curiosity and compassion. This immersive session integrates light, aromatherapy, sound, and the weightless embrace of floating hammocks, creating a multi-sensory environment that allows you to drop into deep rest and release.
What to Expect:
Grounding embodied meditation – Centering the body, calming the nervous system, and preparing you for the breathwork journey ahead.
Conscious Connected Breathwork & Embodiment – A guided breathwork sequence designed to release tension, increase flow, and invite presence.

What should I expect during a We The Conscious session?

Every breathwork session is different and you can expect to have a different experience each time based on your emotional state, stress levels, intentions and participation. During the session, you are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and enter deeper states of meditation. You can expect to process and release stagnant energy and make space. An opportunity to acknowledge, express, process and invite.
To make the most of your experience:
Arrive early: Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins, as doors will close at 7:00 pm.
Dress comfortably: Wear warm, comfortable clothing to stay cosy throughout the session.
Eat lightly: We recommend avoiding heavy meals and caffeine at least 2.5 hours before the session.
