Join SOUL SPACE STUDIO and SOUND MIRROR for an immersive evening blending Conscious Connected breathwork with ancient wisdom and modern technology (traditional sound bath and digital compositions) to release the old and make space for growth.

With surround sound, the healing doesn't come from just one direction. It envelops you from all sides, creating a 360-degree cocoon of healing vibrations.

 

Breathwork is a direct route to our inner world. It facilitates a deep dive into one's emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. Coupled with soundscapes, this process is accentuated, guiding individuals more effortlessly into a state of profound self-awareness.

Ancient instruments are played throughout the experience to provide a deeper experience. When these individual frequencies harmoniously come together, they have different energy chakras in the body.

The soundscape designed for this session is rooted in core environmental sounds, aiding you to tap into deeper parts of consciousness to facilitate release. The theme of this session is focused on letting go, shedding past burdens, and making space for new growth.

Angela from SOUND MIRROR is a qualified sound therapist and composer who creates a soundscape using neurologically guided frequencies to help you drop into a meditative dream state. In this session, you will experience hands-on sound massage through tuning forks and bowl-to-body techniques, and gong sound bath for full-body listening to help you process and let go.

Please arrive at 7 pm. The session will start at 7:10 pm. Due to the nature of the session, doors will close at 7:10pm.

This session is for anyone looking to release, eager to embrace new beginnings, and curious to try a path of healing that resonates with every breath and beat.
