Dive into a Conscious Connected Breathwork session designed to gently peel away layers of past hurt and traumas. In this sacred space, every breath you take is a step towards emotional freedom and a reclamation of your inner strength. Allow your breath to be your compass in this transformative journey of self-discovery. Guided by its innate wisdom, navigate the depths of your emotions, shed the weight of past hurt, and blocked energy. Leave feeling empowered and in tune with your authentic self.

The session is a somatic experience to bring your body and soul back to balance. You are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self. With each breath, you are encouraged to release emotional blockages and let go of what no longer serves you.

We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to help you activate your body’s natural healing process.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) involves a two-part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest followed by a passive, surrendered exhale. By intentionally connecting inhales and exhales without pauses, you cultivate a conscious awareness of your breathing patterns, enhancing emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

  • Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.

  • Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.

  • Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session (8:50). Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 9:00 am.
