We Begin with Grounding Meditation
We begin by centering ourselves through a grounding meditation, allowing you to arrive fully in the present moment. This meditation creates a foundation of peace and calm, opening your heart to the journey ahead.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
With this grounded presence, you'll move into Conscious Connected Breathwork. Guided by your breath, you’ll be gently invited to explore your inner landscape, releasing emotional blockages and recalibrating your energy. This sacred practice offers a space for deep self-expression, helping you to shed layers of old patterns and limiting beliefs, and inviting renewal and growth.
The Soul Space Method, a blend of Conscious Connected Breathwork, psychosomatics, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and more, facilitates a profound journey of self-discovery and healing. This method helps in releasing unhelpful conditioning, trauma, and limiting beliefs, creating space for growth, liberation, and lasting change
Embodiment and Movement
As your breath flows, your body naturally responds. We invite you to honour your unique rhythm through gentle embodiment practices and movement. This phase of the journey allows you to connect with your physical self, expressing and integrating the energies stirred by the breathwork. The movement helps to ground the experience in your body, facilitating a deeper connection with your true self.
Aerial Hammocks
Next, you’ll transition into the supportive embrace of aerial hammocks. Suspended in a floating cocoon, your body will surrender to the gentle sway, allowing you to release tension and experience a profound sense of peace and alignment. As you rest in this sanctuary, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound healing frequencies, guiding your energy to harmonize and recalibrate.
Closing Meditation
We’ll close the session with a final meditation, bringing together all the elements of your journey. This quiet reflection helps to integrate the experiences of the evening, leaving you with a sense of clarity, purpose, and inner peace. What should I expect during a Soul Space Studio breathwork session?

Every breathwork session is different and you can expect to have a different experience each time based on your emotional state, stress levels, intentions and participation. During the session, you are gently and safely guided through this transformative breathing technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and enter deeper states of meditation. You can expect to process and release stagnant emotions and let go of what no longer serves you. An opportunity to acknowledge, express, process and invite.
